Mental Health Week, Walsall College

To celebrate Mental Health Week, Walsall College will be hosting a number of free workshops for adults at our Hawbush Campus in Leamore.

 

From Monday May 10th to Friday May 14th there will be a variety of activities for people to take part in and to help raise awareness of Mental Health.

 

These activities include:

 

10 MAY 2021

 

  • Walking for a healthy mind 10am – 12pm
  • Gardening to boost your mental health 12:30pm – 2:30pm

 

11 MAY 2021

 

  • Walking for a healthy mind 12:30 – 2:30pm
  • Mindfulness colouring 9:30am – 11:30am

 

12 MAY 2021

 

  • Mental Health Awareness 12:30pm -2:30pm

 

13 MAY 2021

 

  • Gardening to boost your Mental Health 12:30pm – 2:30pm
  • Knit and natter 9:30am – 11:30pm

 

14 MAY 2021

 

  • Create a stress ball 10am – 12pm
