Dear Parents

Due to Covid-19, please see below for changes to our procedures. Please ensure only 1       parent/carer where possible brings/collects in order to reduce unnecessary crowding.

 

If your Nursery/Reception has an older sibling, they are to arrive at 8.45am also. 

 

Beginning of the day:

8.45am *EYFS (Nursery and Reception) parents to access via the Main School Gates and to hand over at the class doors. Parents to arrive for 8.45am and not before. No access inside the building.

 

8.30am-8.45am KS2 (Years 3-6) pupils to access the school via the Dining Hall Gates. (No parental access past the gates possible.)

 

8.30am-8.45am KS1 (Years 1 and 2) pupils to access the school via the Main School Gates. (No parental access past the gates 8.30am)
 

*Reception returns all day on Monday 7th September.

 

End of the Day:

 

EYFS - 3.15pm (Collection from School Playground) Parents not to arrive prior to 3.15pm 

 

KS1– 3.00pm (Collection from the Wakes Ground Car Park)

 

KS2– 3.10pm (Year 3 and 4 Collection from the Wakes Ground Car Park)

 

KS2– 3.15pm (Years 5 and 6 Collection form the Wakes Ground Car Park)
