Dear Parents

 

Preparations are fully underway for our Year 4 trip to ‘Latches Wood.’ Please meet outside St Giles Church (Bus Stop) at 9.20am on Wednesday 3^rd June.

 

We will be departing Latches Wood at 2.00pm on Friday 5^th June and aim to be back at school for 2.30pm when children can be collected.

 

As you are aware, the total cost of the trip is £121.50 fully inclusive of all accommodation, food and transport. Any remaining balances are now overdue and must be paid in full

.

It is also essential that the permission slip/medical declaration is returned by Friday 15^th May. If there is not a form attached then you have already submitted required information.
